How does pricing work?
Listing products is FREE. There is a 10% service fee on the final sale price of products plus shipping.
Can we split quantities?
We cannot do partial orders. You must purchase the products as listed.
How is shipping handled?
Shipping is the responsibility of the seller. Sellers are also responsible for carrying the minimum insurance on the purchase price with their freight company.
How are returns handled?
We do not offer returns. Products damaged in shipping should be dealt with directly with the shipping company.
How do I place an order?
Please email info@lockoverstock.com with your product selection from the weekly inventory list. Lock Overstock will confirm availability and shipping charges and complete the transaction.
How does the transaction work?
Once the buyer places the order and Lock Overstock receives payment. A Purchase Order will be issued to the seller.
Lock Overstock will release payment to the sellerĀ 2 business days after the product is delivered (using the shipping tracking number provided).
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours after receiving the product.
